The color is already a beautiful delicate lemon-yellow. The nose rejoices in a round of ripe apricots, peach, pineapple and hints of honey and lemon, as well as fine acacia. On the palate, the sweetness is of course immediately noticeable, but is perfectly balanced by the ripe acidity and never pushes to the fore. The oily texture also ensures a pleasant fullness.
Maturity: by 2025. The wine is in excellent condition and gets better with time.

Great with desserts such as fruit cups, ice cream or apple pie. Also goes well with duck pâté or goose liver.
A great vintage A vintage in which we were able to show our strengths in the vineyard: the unusually warm spring was followed by a cold snap at the end of April, and then a very hot but also sufficiently humid summer. In mid-September, there was a change in the weather, which had an impact on the yield – but not on the quality of this vintage, which promises to be great: lots of fruitiness and great drinking pleasure.
In stainless steel tanks, matured on the fine lees.
