We invite all wine lovers and admirers of beautiful things to visit the modernized castle, which is over 450 years old. The castle cellar is considered the oldest part of Jahringhof.
We invite all wine, culture and architecture lovers to visit the beautifully renovated, more than 450-years-old manor house on the Jarenina estate. Jarenina manor, an exceptional jewel of Dveri-Pax wine cellar, is rich in history, and was renovated for the express purpose of offering wines for sale and for tasting, and for the pampering of the numerous guests visiting the Estate.
Our chef Gregor Šagi is waiting for you in the Jahringhof restaurant, who will delight you with his original cuisine. It is based on the traditional cuisine of our region, but refined with – at first glance – unusual combinations of ingredients and spices, these traditional dishes are given a modern touch. Gregor Šagi prefers to use local ingredients for cooking, as well as seasonal vegetables and fruit from the castle garden.
He understands a “good kitchen”: domestic, produced in a natural and sustainable way on site, but at the same time modern and innovative. “I would like to show the guests from far and wide that we can also grow wonderful ingredients in our home gardens and fields and that we can present them well on our plates. Of course, my “togetherness with the wooden spoon” does not end in the kitchen, but with the satisfied faces of the guests, who combine the tastes of the dishes on the plate with those from the wine glass – and we really do not lack excellent wines. “
"If you love quality wines, art and culture, then simply become part of our Dveri-Pax Club - and also enjoy the many advantages that the membership provides."
