The colour is violet, quite deep, and transparent. Aroma is rather intense, reminiscent of cooked red fruits such as raspberries, apples with a touch of jam and dried prunes. Its natural sweetness is well balanced with natural acidity. Density is just right for a clear fruit juice. The taste of fruit is lingering on the palate. Light and very drinkable, delicious.

Grapes of Welschriesling variety were picked while perfectly healthy. Picking time is very close to the timing for the sparkling wine – i.e. few weeks before a regular harvest. Sugar/acidity levels are in perfect balance at that time. Freshly picked grapes were crushed, only free run juice and juice from gentle first pressing was collected. Before the juice started fermenting it was pasteurized for a very short time to preserve its freshness and fruitiness.
