Bottled in burgundy shape bottle since 2022. It features pale lemon colour. Intense on the nose, very varietal. Hay, lime, passion fruit, elderflower, fine and layered, rather complex. No green notes, not overripened, balanced. Very dry, with higher acidity levels and good freshness. Bit salty. With moderate alcohol levels it brings medium bodied wine with plenty of taste. Its finish is long and aromatic. A classic.

Various vegetable dishes, especially with green bell peppers, tomatoes or asparaguses will be great.

2022 winter was mild, with almost no snow. February and March were cold to postpone bud burst. Spring was warm with enough rain, flowering started on 1st of June and finished slowly, with no issues. Summer was hot and grape ripening was accelerated. At the end of August, it cooled down slightly. Harvest started early in September and took place fast, without problems. Quantity was high and grapes were of excellent quality, similar to vintage 2021.
